Grand Hotel Lafayette Paris

The room at Eugene En Ville was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Despite some minor inconveniences, like the bathroom and sink being in different spots, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located in the 9th arrondissement, providing easy access to the city center while still being tucked away from street noise. The staff was friendly and the communication before check-in was excellent. the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the breakfast were excellent.

Great value, central location, unique and clean rooms, excellent breakfast, proximity to Gare du Nord, no noise issues.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were cute and available to assist. The location was great, with two metro stations nearby and within walking distance to major attractions. Another advantage was being able to do a bag drop before check-in and leave after checkout if needed.

The rooms were small and cramped. We had to upgrade to a slightly bigger room for two people, which ended up being quite expensive.

There was a negative experience with the fire alarm going off and the lack of staff communication and apology during the incident.
